The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Washington's State Implementation Plan (SIP) Revision, Including Washington State Department of Natural Resource’s 2022 Smoke Management Plan to incorporate updates to the Smoke Management Plan (SMP) submitted on August 10, 2022.
